03Your resume review |
Prepare for your interview We will contact you with some date and time options to choose from, as per your convenience. We’ll also tell you about the interviewer (or interview panellists) and whether you need to prepare for anything in advance or complete a test as part of the process. For most jobs, there will be at least two interview stages, each one along with any test or presentations, will focus on how well you meet the requirements for the role. 04Make practical arrangements | Interviews usually take place online using Microsoft Teams. However, you may be invited to one of the Aptia offices (address will be provided). If the interviews are scheduled at an Aptia office, familiarise yourself with the route in advance to avoid any last-minute delays. Please advise your recruiter if you need adjustments or assistance when attending an Aptia office. |
05At the interview | The interview will be an ideal opportunity for you to find out more about Aptia, the job role and the team involved. 06After the interview | We’ll be in contact with you as soon as possible after the interview to get your thoughts and feedback, and to answer any questions you may have. We may also be able to let you know the outcome at that point. If successful, we'll ask you for references. In some cases, we may do additional checks, which can vary from country to country, but may include a criminal record check, credit history, academic or professional qualifications (if appropriate to the role). |
